Philippines to Compete in Taipei,Taiwan on June 6-10  |

 This is shameless publicity people^_^
My teamates and i, of course:), will be representing the Philippines in the International Taipei Dragonboat Festival on June 6 - 10 2008.
This was the same competition where we Filipinos won Gold last year for the 300m Women's Division and Bronze for the 300m Mixed Crew. With hopes that we'll be able to defend the title and also bag the gold for the Men's team, we'll be flying to Taipei on June 5.
I will be the official Flag Bearer of the country and also the Flag catcher and Paddler:D
...*which also means no mylot for a week LOL...we need your prayers kababayan!!!:D

we've been televised last year when we got the gold and bronze. although it's only on Channel 4 since they were the ones who had covered everything from our departure, to the race proper in Taiwan, and back here in Manila:D they did an interview which was nerve-wracking (i'm cam shy LOL) and it was coooolll!
