Are you friends with someone you no longer like?

Are you friends with people you have nothing in common with? There are one or two people in my life now, that are my friends by force of habit. I guess we all have a couple people like that. I don't want to let them go, because I've known them forever. Do you have friends like that?

I have one friend that lived really close by where I use to live. We really don't have a lot in comman at the same time I still want her and her husband both as friends.

I agree it sure is. We are pretty much life long friends . Since we were both 7 years old and now we will be 36 this August. Are birthdays are 2 weeks apart.

I have a cousin that I used to be really close with. Through the years though I realized her attitude wasn't really one that I wanted to be around anymore. So now that I'm married with 2 kids I hardly ever see her. Maybe once a year for the family reunion. I think sometimes it's best to just let people go and keep your distance.
