What you do,guys if your supervisor told you that you can only take your first break after you work 3 hrs ,but then you found out she did not tell to the rest of your co-workers.What you gonna do?Are you going to ask your supervisor why she told you only ,but not the rest of your co-workers or you just be quite and let it that way.Bcoz deep inside I think it's not fair, isn't it??Is it bcoz of my race or what??

It sounds as if its unfair. Part of the SOP of a certain department or company as a whole should be applied to all employees or personnel. Try to talk to your supervisor about it. Perhaps he/she has reasons also, it might be because you are holding a different job than others in your depaartment so you need to work 3 hours before you can take your break. It really depends. Anyway, try to weigh things out, if its really unfair to you then try to talk to your supervisor or manager.

I would ask my supervisor of her reasons of doing that to me. If I found something that is nor fair with the kind of reasons she'll gave me then I will immediately report that to the head for the immediate action of my concern.

No that is not fair at all.. That is like favortism. I would be wondering why I was told that. But I would not approach them, not unless it was a nice supervisor.. If not, I would ignore it, but I will speak to their head..
