It seems like with the gas prices, the major consideration in purchasing a new or used car is the gas milage that it gets... What other things do you look for in cars?

Yeah I agree gas mileage is a major factor when looking for a new car,but other things to consider are how much space it has, what accessories it has, such as power windows, power locks,cd player, and I am sure there are also other things to consider.

I would definitely have those in my own vehicle. My vehicle has a mileage of 16 mpg. Well, still not bad, regarding fuel prices. I wonder why fuel prices keep on going up and up. I also wonder why oil prices keep going up as well. What do you think?

For you it sounds like it needs to be the bigger the better and still be cute... Thanks for posting.

I have to be comfortable sitting in my vehicle. I try to drive it around for 15 minutes or so if I'm thinking of buying it. I tried one car and my leg fell asleep within 10 minutes of driving. Not all bodies fit all cars. And I need a clear line of vision, no blind spots.

My car has 16 miles per gallon right now, approximately. What is in my car now is a stereo, heat, and ac. If I trade in my current for a new, I would have a better fuel mileage. I agree with your subject in discussing vehicles.

Thanks for posting Jakesnake1978 I am hoping that if you ever trad in your current car, you will get something less expensive and with great gas milage.
