What is the oddest place you ever hosted/attended a baby shower?

Today, I am going to a baby shower at bar 
. The parents are bikers, and that is where her friends chose to hold it. The Mom-to-be will NOT be drinking. But that won't stop the rest of us. From what I usderstand, it will not be the traditional baby shower games either. Should be very interesting. I will post a new discussion upon my return or after hangover (whichever comes first) to let you know how it went.

I once had a friend want to throw me a baby shower in a bar cause she wanted me to drink when i turned 21. I didnt allow it of course im pregnant silly lol. That was during my first pregnancy. I couldnt beleive she wanted me to drink while 8 months pregnant not a true friend there. Cant wait to hear how it goes for your friend lol.

Yeah.. doesn't sound like a friend at all. Sometimes it makes you wonder what goes through peoples' heads. I am glad you were a smart 20 something that cared for the life inside you and not a selfish person who only cared about getting drunk even if pregnant. That makes me sad
