Would it be worth buying the aniversary / platinum Disney classic movies ?

Both me and my girlfriend love most of the Disney movies, especially the classic ones - I was wandering about buying Disney's Disney's anniversary / platinum editions for the classic movies and cartoons like 101 Dalmatians or The little Mermaid or The Jungle Book or others. They state on the official site that the cartoons were remade in graphics to look better and were enhanced with better sound (at least 5.1 Dolby surround sound).
Do you think it would be worth buying them ?

I got the Classic 101 Dalmatians on VHS. I love it. I've watched it over and over.
I really got to watch it again. like 3 years since last time!
I think it's worth it!

Yes, i must agree. I got a bit nostalgic since i don't have a video player, and many of the great classics from Disney only came out on VHS - i actually wrote them that i would be interested in a DVD version of the specific movies.
