How to raise an adolescent?

I am a mother of 3 kids, ages 17, 10 and 12. Since one of my kids is already an adolescent, I dont know how to handle her. She's entering freshmen this school opening. Although i know that my daughter is good and obedient but you know some teens today are easily influenced by their peers. Could you give me tips especially those who have an adolescent child, on how to handle this kind of situation. Any suggestions will be gladly appreciated.
