Dried, peeled and sliced mung beans, how do you prepare and cook them?

I purchased some "Mung Bean Wash" which is a bag of mung beans which are dried peeled and sliced in half. Now, I am wondering what to do with them? Does anyone have any vegetarian recipes that use "Mung Bean Wash" or peeled and sliced dry mung beans? I would like to cook them but I do not know how?
