What do you use to put garbage if the plastic bags are regulated?

We all know here in China, from June 1st, plastic bags are regulated in supermarket, shopping mall or whatever else. It's good. Plastics are not easy to degrade in the soil, therefore most of them are entitled "not recycled". This policy will contribute to environmental protection. But we also have problems. Shopping at random is not easy to get a bag unless you buy.And also the rubbish ~~ So what do you use to put put your garbage now? **Enjoy life~~**
