What's Your Favorite Anime Series Ending?  |

|  Just out of curiosity I thought I would ask to see what everyone's favorite anime series ending was. I personally liked Samurai Champloo. Unlike other endings everyone seemed really happy. It wasn't exactly what I wanted. ( I thought it would have been cooler for them all to continue on journeying together) But still a really good ending! I'm sort of comparing it to the ending of Neon Genesis Evangelion. Which was insane.... seriously.... Anywho! Please tell me your favorite!

| |  You have WONDERFUL taste AnimeMom!! I agree, Samurai Champloo was also my favorite anime ending! You're right, it wasn't happy per se, but WAY more happy and alltogether normal than most.
Has anyone seen the Beserk series? Talk about NUTS for an ending!! But you and I definitely see eye to eye on this one.

| |  Out of the ones I've seen. FMA seemed to have the best resolve with the movie. Everything else seemed to open for me. Most of the time, the series continues with the manga which is why they seem unresolved.

| |  Air had a pretty good end to it... it wasn't the rather typical (or Pro-predicted) ending. Not even close. That one is a favourite of mine.
I would say Fate Stay/Night, but I've read another storyline (in the visual novel) and prefered that ending to the other one selected for anime.
I liked Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai's ending too. Especially after 52 episodes of Higurashi itself... you..uh...have to see it to understand.
School Days is another anime series with a favourite ending. Now that one completely took me by surprise...
