What's Your Favorite Anime Series Ending?  |

 Just out of curiosity I thought I would ask to see what everyone's favorite anime series ending was. I personally liked Samurai Champloo. Unlike other endings everyone seemed really happy. It wasn't exactly what I wanted. ( I thought it would have been cooler for them all to continue on journeying together) But still a really good ending! I'm sort of comparing it to the ending of Neon Genesis Evangelion. Which was insane.... seriously.... Anywho! Please tell me your favorite!

Has anyone seen the Beserk series? Talk about NUTS for an ending!! But you and I definitely see eye to eye on this one.

| 2. emarie (4451) | 6 months ago |  Out of the ones I've seen. FMA seemed to have the best resolve with the movie. Everything else seemed to open for me. Most of the time, the series continues with the manga which is why they seem unresolved.

| 4. theprogamer (7373) | 6 months ago |  Air had a pretty good end to it... it wasn't the rather typical (or Pro-predicted) ending. Not even close. That one is a favourite of mine.
I would say Fate Stay/Night, but I've read another storyline (in the visual novel) and prefered that ending to the other one selected for anime.
I liked Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai's ending too. Especially after 52 episodes of Higurashi itself... you..uh...have to see it to understand.
School Days is another anime series with a favourite ending. Now that one completely took me by surprise...

If the anime has lots of love in it b/t the main characters, I need the ending to show them together or else i get irritated. I loved escaflowne but gosh darn it the ending made me mad! I guess it's my sappy girly love hormones. I'm gonna have to check out those animes you suggested. I'm always looking for a good series to follow. | |
