| Has anyone tried the Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey Diet?  | | | |  I have read alot on the Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey diet about how it aids in weight loss and overall health. A friend and I are planning on starting that diet along with joining a daily workout gym and we are just curious to find out if anyone has used this diet and what their results were. | |  I have read about it. I have a friend who tried it in pill form. She got the pills from a place called Vitamin World. I have a bottle myself. Never tried it though. You will have to let us know how it goes. I don't think she was the results.
