I was woundering if any one knows why when I this is happening on my keyboard ( hilliaryès) that e is not supose to be there i canèt spell the word right. can any one help meÉ there is supose to be a question mark there. HELP PLEASE.
Hi Wildlilly welcome to my lot, First check to see if your keyboard setting in Regional Setting is correct. Open control panel - regional and language option - Languages tab - details button - installed services. If the setting are correct make sure keys are clean, maybe something is just stuck. Otherwise maybe you need to replace it.
I agree with ferdzNK that looks like an Accent Mark as in the Spanish, Italian or some European Setting in English but has the Marks on its Letters. Set the USA/Canada Regional Settings.
