I usually either make an half-boiles egg or scrambled egg...are there any other way we could cook an egg to make it more nutritious?

Hi sharay. I think that the egg is already most nutritious and don't need more since you eat the egg with some else. But if you are looking for another ways to make eggs it is easy. 1) you can make a fritatta with some mixed eggs and add some vegetables like spinach, cauliflower, potatoes, etc. seasoning it and fry. 2) you can make a pochet egg when you make a soup and it is boil you break eggs in the soup and let the eggs boil. Take off the eggs and put each one in the dishes and after the soup. Hope it help you.

Poached maybe? - No oil or added fat like in a scrambled egg.
To make it MORE nutritious, I would add some skim milk and scramble it in a little bit of olive or canola oil and add chopped veggies; like tomato, onion and mushroom or maybe chopped spinach and herbs.
