How much neighborhood is relevant now ?

Love your neighbor as you do yourself..I rarely see now a days neighbors talking to one another. In the olden days neighbours used to talk for hours together on any topic under the sun but now it is not seen much. Of course the quarrels among neighbors too have come down.

people change as time goes by, its a sad thing that as our intellect advances our way of communicating also change. perhaps it is also because of the fast-paced life that makes neighbors strange to each others.
sometimes it's also due to migration- where people constantly leave his hometown to look for greener pasture in foreign land. since the people go from one place to another, they seem to live an entirely strange life with their neighbors.
infact there are cases when you were in a place for so many years and still don't know the name of your neighbors. i happens to me-to my family, since we move from our old home town to the city 6 year ago we still do not memorize the name of our distant neighbors.

Society seemed to have changed. People seems to be so busy with their own lives that they hardly have time for neighbours.
People are so busy these days tryiny to keep up their end of the bargain.
I kknow neighbors would stop by for a cup/tea or just for to chat long ago,but you are hardly finding that now.
