what is the cell phone tv like

I've one friend using cellphone with tv facility. I say that it's still in early stage to get one because there are lots of things need to be improved before we can have better channel reception. Not all area can get tv channel. The view ofcourse not favorable cause the view is very small. You won't feels like watching tv.

I would imagine that it is very small and probably has horrible picture quality. I do not know from experience but I am making an educated guess.
