How many pounds have you been able to loose? How did you loose it? What life style changes have you made?

i lost 5 kg in a month, i have joined aerobic classes, and i walk more, And not eating any fast food/junk food. but still i eat once a week. I eat my breakfast like a king, lunch like a middle class family, and dinner like a begger. hope this will also help you. enjoy :)

I think cutting out fast food and junk food helps to decrease our weight. I also like the idea of eating breakfast like king, lunch like middle class family, and dinner like a begger.

none I am still the same weight as I was in high school and yes I'm 29 so that's not to bad... However I feel it will soon catch up with me.. I do walk though so I am sure that has something to do with it... Not to mention movement of the body has alot to do with it.. It doesn't matter what you do as long as you are active and moving it will help you lose weight as well...

M already like a real slim guy whose wt is below wat it shud be at this age So basically i need to put on wt rather than even thinkin of loosin any:)

I have lost a total of ten pounds over the last two months. I am trying to not only lose the weight but get healthier so that I will not gain it back. I think the key to weight loss is to make lifestyle changes, not just quick fixes. To lose the weight, I started drinking only water, I walk for at least 30 minutes twice a day and I became more conscious of what I was eating. When I kept track of what I was consuming, the calories were outrageous! Now I always note how many calories something contains before I decide to eat it.
