1.  pyewacket (11627)  | 2 years ago |  Well I did get my computer from Best Buy...and wound up returning it a week after I got it..groan..of all the computers to get, I must have gotten a defective lemon...I had gotten it on a Sunday, took it home, set it up and worked fine until that following Thursday, when it literally died on me...I even called tech help from Apple and the guy at Apple was walking me through every possible step to set it right again..nada, zilch..so that next Sunday went back with the computer, with all my receipts, took it to the "geek squad" area for them to look it over, and it was confirmed that my computer was indeed defective..so did have to fill out forms and stuff, but then simply took the forms to get a replacement computer. Maybe I was lucky that it had died on me within the time allowed for returns...and also, more important, before I had a lot of stuff stored into my computer

Dont know if she every got any money back or not!.
I buy from best buy also but never read the back of the sales slip about returns and costing 15% to stock it back.
Which if I returned something it shouldnt be put back in stock!.
When I got my puter I bought the warranty and it has came in very handy except when they had to take out viruses that cost me $200 and then they were all back in a few days so I figured out a way on my own to get rid of them. | |

| 3. nicholejade (1627) | 2 years ago |  I always buy from Best Buy. I love Best Buy. I have never had a problem with returning anything. For instance we got a printer/fax/copy and scanner all in one package and 2 years later the printer kepted giving us this dang carriage jam. We got the extended warranity on this when we purchased it and I beleive it was a 5 year warranity. We took it in 2 times with the same error within a 2 day period and I said this is crazy already do something. We got a new printer on the spot. I have never had a problem with Best Buy. My family has become pretty close to the workers at our local Best Buy.

4.  secretsof2113 (129) | 2 years ago |  I'm hoping to not have a problem with them. I'm getting ready to take my Ipod in for a fix soon. I have the extended warranty on it. For some reason, the headphone jack isn't giving me the sound I want it to. Hopefully it's not going to be a huge fix for them, but I don't know if I'll be able to deal without my ipod for two weeks. I'll have to bust out the old cds again and listen to them until the thing gets fixed up.

I also have purchase alot of things there that they call out of the box or items that had been returned and have never had a problem with them.
