 Hi, i've been taught by mom to brush my tongue since i was a kid and i think everybody also brush their tongue when they brush their teeth, but when i grew up, i started to realize that not everyone brush their tongue, and most of them don't know how to do it or why they should do it, even one of my ex gf didn't know about brush tongue thing until i told her about it, i myself always brush my tongue since it can make our breath more fresh:) so do u brush ur tongue?

2.  kerriannc (1772) | 5 months ago |  Here where I live the dentist tell us to brush our tongue. Whenever your brush your tongue then the food will not taste slimy in your mouth. Alot of persons do not practice it but I love to do it. The tongue does carry bacteria and this need to be clean.

80% of bacteria and germs are located on the tounge and just brushing the teeth will not do anything.

I brushed my tongue when i found whole of my tongue was white maybe because of milk. Used to drink milk everyday. But since i didn't drink it anymore, my tongue wasn't looked white anymore, so i decided to stop brushing my tongue.
