how long does a mylot discussion have to be in order for it to count

Well,to earn more the length of the passage does count.But,for counting its not that much necessary. For a discussion to count it must have received at least 2 responses or 1 response and a comment.Only after that,it will be counted in your number of posts. I don't know whether that condition also counts for your earnings.I think no one could probably tell because no one here knows how mylot algorithm works. I think the most important thing for judging a post is its meaning for the discussion. If it has already answered the question or shared the opinion or given a help, which have fulfilled the meaning of the discussion, the post will be agreed and rated by other people and then, of course the post will be counted and your earning will increase more rapidly. I am still a newbie here, but that is my opinion about myLot.

Do you mean the discussions that we start, or the responses that we post to the discussions that other people start? In either case I try to go for atleast a paragraph, or our lines.

If you are starting a new discussion it will not earn anything until it gets a response. There is no way of knowing how much you can earn from starting a discussion, but if it does get a lot of responses you will have better earnings. If you mean how long a discussion post or response should be, it is worth writing good responses if you want to earn more money. Your earnings are not just based on the number of posts you make but you are rewarded for the quality of your discussions and responses.

They said that your lines has to be more then four lines. But I totally disbelieve them. Last week Sunday I sit down and do about thirty (30) responses and all of them wasn't long and I did 95 cents. I believe that the more active you are in MYLOT it is the more money you make. I do not down load pictures and I am hoping to start doing that soon. When you download pictures with your responding or posting you receive little money too. My aim is to start earning about $2 dollars a day for this week. Moose do not watch the lines just be active in responding. There are times when you will only receive two responses to your discussions so make it up with some responding of your own. Yes it might seems unfair that you are helping others to have a good reputation but in the main time you are also building your reputation. I have receive 9 best responses since joining here and I am only here four weeks. Best responses let your reputation to grow. All the best and continue to enjoy MYLOT.

hii. good luck with your earning. i wanted to tell you that, i have been on the site for three days now and i have earn only 13 cents till now. This too bcoz i have already been given a best response ot one of my comments.. I am trying to get more time on mylot so i can really fill it up.. hope by next month's pay out date i may have sufficient balance so i can take some money out.. Best thing to do is start discussions and invite friends to rspond and comment on it. and you keep responding o different discusions.. just njoy discussing adn forget abt earning. when you do that you start responding more to discusions with actual quality answers and correspondingly start earning more...
