Normally sharks got trapped there but this time it was a crocodile! Instead, wildlife officials ended up trapping a 6-foot long American crocodile in the surf Thursday. Steve Bennett of the Department of Natural Resources told The Post and Courier of Charleston that the crocodile likely escaped or was released by someone who illegally brought it from its normal habitat in southern Florida. Humans have taken too much land from the animals and now they are wondering around in so called human territories... I feel sorry for the animals. what do you think? Hi! I chanced upon your post, and was able to view the news from the yahoo cached page. I feel kind of sorry for the crocodile, lost and missing its own familiar habitat. It's fortunate that no untoward incidents happened, and the crocodile was safely taken out of the resort area. As the news goes, that it got there was most likely the work of one or more people - most probably illegally brought out of its natural habitat and intentionally or unintentionally released. I don't understand the mind-work of people who bring out and tamper with wildlife illegally. Happy mylotting!
