Want to own a part of the moon? Maybe a planet?

When I was a little kid I heard about Frugo's promotion. You could win in their contest a little part of our earth's moon. Moon doesn't belong to anyone, couse it's the property of the whole mankind, but no law is specified about selling ground on it... so anyone can sell it to anybody. Cool, huh? And what about other planets? If you discover a new unknown planet, can you say to the world abou it and say that this is your property from now? hehehe... I don't think that there can be any law against that.
