do you keep your notify link on or not???

It helps a lot. under your friends tab, you will see all of your friends icons. there are links beside it. there is one link "notify off". Click on the link to change it "notify on". what this will do is to give you notifications when your friends will post a response or start a new discussion. This helps you keep track of the interests and what they are talking about.. if you haven't done it yet, do it right now..

Well ankush i already have the notify button switched on for my friends. It sure helps me in tracking their activities. And its much easier to find out who started a discussion or who gave a comment by checking the mails. Thats much convenience i think.

Oh yes it really helps us and is a nice feature, but many are still ignorant about it. Hope mylot does something about it. i feel they should start a cmapaign or something about it, to make people know of this useful feature.

I love to post here on myLot but I have to admit then I'm not really a big fan of all the "extra" services. I don't really look at what my friends post and I don't return to a conversation too often. But thanks for sharing anyway, nice to learn new things :)

its ok. but if you love to post and wanna recieve good responses from your friends or anyone, they would also like that their discussions are responded too. and this wil happen when you get a notificatioin abt it. if you like the topic they had saterted you can always respond immediately but if it doesnt interest you, still it will not be a harm, is it??
So i prefer to keep my notify links on.
everyone has his own freedom to do what they like.. so i am just suggesting, and not ordering or commanding you..
