let's tackle 2 issues here first between blood pressure and glucose level in our body. blood pressure is the pressure exerted by your heart to your arterial blood vessel during contractions and relaxation. there are two pressure that is being monitored, they are called systolic and diastolic. systolic defines as the pressure in every contraction of the heart and diastolic in the relaxation of the heart in every cycle. whereas, glucose is the sugar content in our blood that is being circulated and used as food for the brain. so with that, these to are different entities and has different way of solving when it became wayward, whether it's high or low. yet, there are circumstances that blood glucose level could be directly related to your bllod pressure but not low blood pressure, instead the opposite. now let's talk about your having low blood pressure. there are few questions i need to ask from you. one is, how did you know that you are having low blood pressure? are you diagnosed of having such? what did you feel when you are having low BP?(if you really have) what is your blood before by the time you feel that you have low BP? what do you mean about glucose water? i am more interested on the contents of such concoction. i'll give some treatment modalities when you have given me more info in the questions i asked. but right now, i can't give any considering the fact that low BP and glucose are contrasting conditions. you only give glucose to to those people having low blood sugar and not low blood pressure. unless this is the one you are referring into.

I also have very low blood pressure. I tried to give blood at the blood mobile a few weeks ago and they wouldn't take it due to the reading being 80/50. I was a bit bummed out because I really wanted to give it for our solders fighting in Gaza. I'm normally about 90/60. 90/60 is still too low to give blood. I didn't know that before I went to all the trouble to fill out the forms. They want the higher number to be at least 100. I'll find another way to help the injured men and women. When I was younger and skinner I was 105/60. I didn't weigh enough most of the time. You have to be at least 110 pounds. I don't worry about it much because I don't have any major problems because of my BP. I'm a bit tiered at times, but it's no big deal. At least I know my chances for having a stroke are about nil.

I don't know...how you Know that you are experiencing Low Blood Pressure? Are you taking your Blood Pressure...to ascertain that this is what you are experiencing? I am concerned that you have other underlying issues that can only be dealt with by a Doctor. I would really appreciate it if you will answer me...this has me concerned...as I am a retired paramedic...and it is seldom that people self-diagnose, unless they have had a professional opinion. Low blood pressure can be symptomatic of other health issues.

I'm not really sure if that's the right thing to do, you should really talk to your doctor about this sort of thing, I'm sure he can give you a way better answer than the people here on mylot.
