You can always substitite them for chocolate chips for cookies. Just make your favorite chocolate chip recipe, and then substitute the chocolate chips for the M&M's, you just have to make the cookies a little larger.

I don't cook per se, but they're tasty in in a twisted frosty from Wendys.
