Tea is for tonic for me 2 times!

I used to take tea for 2 times a day, but it's not compelsory item, it's not a habit, but when I took this tea get some relax from my work or from tiredness, My be this tea works for me as a tonic.

Many of make this tea as habit, when they dont get tea in time they got some problems with the body, I listened from many people this, some of getting trouble when they dont get tea facing headeche problem, so as my experience I never took this as habit when I feel this is not neccessory thing, then I can leave this tea. We should never be take any of the thing as habit.
