What is white chocolate made of? Some people say it's not really chocolate but milk solids. Is it really chocolate?

White chocolate is made the same way as milk chocolate and dark chocolate, the difference is the ingredients. It all begins with the cacao tree. The seeds of the tree's fruits are the cacao beans, harvested and fermented for six or seven days and then dried. And then the beans are roasted, the cocoa is ground, resulting in a thick liquid (i used to drink this tsokolate) . This liquid is used to make unsweetened chocolate... (champorado)

Hi Olonam. Yes it is really chocolate but it is made with the butter of cacao this is why it is white. And a flavour is different too it is more soft. But you can make the same things with it that you make with normal chocolate. Have a nice day.

Not sure what white chocolate is made of, but I'm pretty sure it's chocolate. It tastes like chocolate, so it must be chocolate. Nothing can taste that much like chocolate unless it is chocolate.
