The thing is, if you can choose your own topic, why do you want to go along with what you're prof likes? It would indeed be easier if you can present a topic that you really do know how to expound on..

heya, who would want to go against the prof? I mean even if they said anything goes why would they drop hints on what they like and what they dont like right? So in trying to be in my profs good graces(definitely NOT trying to suck up.LOL just wanting a good grade) its best to go with something that I know and like but he might also approve.

Manipulated freedom.. hints and tips can't really be ignored..

Yep, sometimes its what makes or breaks a good grade so its best to try to be inline with what we both like.tsk3

I so need all the luck in the world. The day of presentation is fast approaching. Yikes! Still have about a month but..yikes!

A month is a short span of time if you'd consider it.. but, I think your already brewing something for the presentation.

So your going to propose different topics and have your teacher decide on which one you'd present on the inevitable day? I mean, if your teacher already gave you an assigned topic from the ones that you have provided, you'd at least have a lot of focus

Yep, a month is short but I can do many in just a few hours. But then of course I can also do so much in a few hours. I have the topic already and decided to go back to the Course Crisis thing, much more personal and easy to understand.

As for the luck thing, refer to the other discussion. You'll see, or maybe you have already....

As long as you have something to focus on right now and seeing that you think that you have more input for it, everything would be fine

like what I said in the other discussion, it didnt go the way I expected it...actually thats putting it mildly because..it was a disaster! my report was ok, but the whole thing didnt go well.

Well, if we can't be stoic about it, we'd just have to let off some steam.. later on, it would just among those odd things that we recall.. can't change anything that has already happened.. accepting them makes us go forward for other mistakes, disasters or triumphs along the way.. don't know if that's from a myth though..

That is a very good topic. But I guess its too sensitive in this area. Most people here wont want to talk.It would have been great if I can talk to people from other countries but our prof wants us to interview(if needed) people just from our area. Thanks for the help and the response. Ill look into it anyways. I hope you're doing good now..

I wonder why I hadnt thought of that myself!LOL Its right up my alley. I know some good ones. I know most of the programs out there. When I read your response I already have a mental outline on how I might do it. It might be on the topics that my prof loves but hey, its still a good interesting presentation. Our presentation should only for 5 minutes each but I think I can cut it up a bit. Ill put this topic as my first choice. If it gets rejected I might think of something else. Thanks a lot!^_^
