I'd like to do walking everyday..

but never being able to do it because I'm continually postponing it. How break the cycle and start doing it.

hi p_vadla, my dear friend, i also faced the same situation when i delivered my baby. i gained lots of weight and was very sad . i joined gym also after six months of delivery but in the starting days it was difficult for me to break the inertia and go to gym back with so much of fat all round my body. i was not at all use to looking myslf with that of fat. i was depressed but then i made a point to work out and clik my picture every month and then see how much i have reduced. i made a diary also with my baby's diary to show her that how i worked out after delivering her and how i over come my depression.

That is what I'm planning to do also. I want to have a schedule walking everyday.. but it seems I am postponing it.Well, it is hard when you are working.. good ig you are just staying home? Like you... you can do it.. just have a schedule and go it every morning is good.

I myself want to start walking more daily. But also have a hard time in doing it. So I have started doing walking in place as I watch T.V. I find it works good because then this way I wont just be sitting there as I watch a show.

hi friend . you are a wishful thinker kind of a person. you seem to be walking in your thoughts.planning to do it. appreciating others who go out for a walk. and getting happier in your mind. oh lol just get up . put on your shoes, your slippers or anything and just take the first step . others will follow automatically.

Make your mind up and go! Put notes all over the house to remind yourself. I put my daughter in the stroller and go every night. First night your sore but after that its just rountine. Post yourself a note of all the benifets
