is human race the ultimate in evolution

so far we have not come across anything in the universe that is better evolved than the human race, would that remain the same henceforth, or re there better evolved speceis in this universe

I think that the universe is so big that it's just impossible for humans to be the ultimate race in it. There's always a bigger fish in lake, you know? Cheers.
