Malcolm in the Middle - best sitcom ever?

At least the best one-camera sitcom. I swear I can watch reruns of this show infinite times, and still laugh as if it's all new. It's one of the few brilliant shows that Fox decided not to sabotage, and let it run its course. I just wish they'd release seasons 2-6 on DVD, but that won't happen till someone coughs up the music rights money, sigh.

I would have to say: it was decent sometimes, but best show ever; nope. I see you swapped the title in the actual article to say one-camera sitcom, but overall I would have to say when it comes to sitcoms there are probably several in front of Malcolm in terms of success. An quick example THE SIMPSONS is still going...on...and on....

i love malcolm in the middle! it was so funny! i've been watching it on reruns any chance i get. i love the dad. i think he is hilarious. they couldn't have picked a better actor for that job. i think his reactions to the family's predictiments were priceless.

While I can't decide if it's the best sitcom in history, I can say that it's the best sitcom with a lead character that's just a kid!

I wouldn't it call it the best sitcome, but it was a good one. There were many good episodes. A lot of them were funny. The fight with the clowns was hilarious. Or whe Reese scribbled on that face on a balloon, Hal starts screaming after it pops, lol. There really are some good hilarious moments in MitM.
