is apple cider vinegar effective for weight loss?  

I had heard this was true so I would add a teaspoon or so into every glass of water I drank.The water was of course to dilute it,but its terrible taste still came thru and I stopped doing it after a few days.Maybe you will be able to handle the taste better or find a way to mask the flavour.Either way I wish you success with this weight loss attempt.I have found increasing fruits and vegetables(a costly habit) and decreasing unnessariy calories has helped me lose and maintain the loss of 35 pounds.It is difficult,but a strong will and finding what works for you will pay major dividends in your health and how you feel about yourself.Good success(there is no "luck" involved) and welcome to MyLot;the program that does pay its members.There are alot of members who know what you are going thru and I am sure will pass on their experiences and thoughts.Enjoy your time here.
