Unverified Alertpay

I have a lot of PTC sites. Most of these PTC sites pay through Alerpay. Problem is, haven't verified my alertpay yet. Alertpay needed me to send a proof of billing and country ID. I do have a country ID but don't have the proof of billing yet. My concern is that, has anyone cashed out their money from the PTC sites through an unverified Alertpay. Could I store my funds in Alertpay eventhough it's not yet verified. I'm planning to verify it as long as I'll could generate a proog of billing documents. It will take me a month or so.
