How Long Did it take for you to get to payout?

I have been wondering how long it takes some people, who say they reach payout status on their PTC/PTR sites, to get to payout? It seems to me that some make it seem like it only takes a few days or a week. Is that with referrals or on your own? Do you have to upgrade to reach payout? How do you do it? And how long do you spend online clicking and how many PTC/PTRs do you visit each day? Sorry so many questions:) Sincerely in Christ, Leesa C. Eph.2:8,9
