Is the taste of home delivery pizza different from the same pizza you eat at the restaurant?

I have never noticed a difference. If there is one, it would only be because the Pizza has had time to sit in the box instead of them serving it to you in a Restaurant piping hot. But anymore, who's got the time to just go and sit and eat Pizza at a restaurant?

I have not noticed any difference but then again,we rarely eat at their restaurants anymore. We prefer to have it delivered. With us, everything is delivered because sometimes the restaurants are so crowded that it is sometimes difficult to be seated.

It seems to me every pizza I ate has a different taste no matter where I go, whether it's a casual diner, or a delivery depending on the restaurant they all have a significant taste of their own, it could be different cheese, or the kind of sauce they use, but no matter where I go, I love good pizza so it's all good. lol

Yes it is. I think it is due to the fact that you are not getting a piping hot pizza straight out of the oven, but rather one that has had time to sit, cool off (even in those insulated containers) and get slightly soggy due to the steam coming from the pizza.
