what is considered cheating?

I know of a swinging couple. The male doesn't want the female to go home afraid she will hook up with an ex. My thought and theory and please tell me if I am wrong. If you are already sleeping with our people than what is the difference if the female does hook up. I mean you already sleeping with other people any way. i am not a part of swingers so maybe i am misunderstanding something. So if you can tell me that would be awesome.

He's feeling insecure that his spouse won't be coming back home to him. He's trying to use every tactic he can to convince his spouse to stay with him because he can't go with her. He's not really afraid that she'll run into her ex (as her ex's are no longer there) it's because he's jealous that she's able to go and he can't. He's already used his vacation time to do what he wanted to do and now she's taking an additional vacation without him.

If you are already sleeping with our people than what is the difference if the female does hook up Because its not as black and white as swingers just sleeping around..in fact thats NOT what the swingers lifestyle is about at all...there are rules to be followed, there is proper etiquite in the scene etc.... I'm in an open marriage BUT that doesnt mean my husbnad and I can just go sleep with whomever we want. It doesnt work like that...

Well I do not really understand this swinging lifestile either, but to them they do not think that they are cheating because they do this with one another. They think as long as they do it together it is o.k.But the way I see it, this is still cheating. I do not understand why he would be so insecure about her running into her ex.
