Usually your best friend is your confidante. Do you tell it all to your bestfriend or you still keep something to yourself?

I usually share my relationships, job things, happiness and stress with my best friends, they can get full understanding of me and give me the expected support and understanding, and also I'd like to help them, so I shared nearly everything with best friends, without keeping something:)
