Iced Tea

There's a little store in town that sells what they call Mixed Sweet Tea. It's regular sweetened tea with lemonade in it. It's not bad.
I normally boil tea bags in a pot but, if I'm in a hurry I will put a couple of tea bags in the filter basket of my coffee maker and make it that way.

My husband makes really good Ice Tea. He buys a box of Lipton Cold Brew iced tea bags at the suppermarket & makes it that way. Then he adds a cup of sugar & it tastes so good. You have to try it. Not only is is good, easy to make, but it is also not very exspenjsive to make at all.

My family makes Sun Tea.
All you have to do is get a big pitcher or a big jar or something you can cover or that has a lid.
Then, pour it 3/4 full with water. Add more if you want more tea. Add the amount of tea bags you would usually use for that amount of water. Cover it securely with either the lit it comes with, if its a tight fit, or get some paper towels and fold two or three together. Place on top of jar and secure with the rubber bands. After that put the jar full of water and teabags with a secure top on a porch or other easily accessible place that gets plenty of light. Sweeten if you'd like to after its steeped.

I buy the powdered form and add orange juice in it! If ponkan is available, use it and it really tastes wonderful! If you prefer the tea bags you have to use double the amount because tea tend to become bland when you add ice. You can use honeto sweeten it.

what i do i make a glass or pitcher of black tea and then add lemons and honey to taste:) don't forget to put lots of ice as well!

My husband use tea bags soak in water in a pitcher and put in a fridge.Whenever he wanted to drink he just get there put some ice on his glass and lemon.I have a Lipton tea powder i just put some of it in my glass with water stir and put some ice.He likes unsweetend and i like sweetened tea so we made differently.

I make sun tea in the summer. Just put a jug of water outside with tea bags and let it brew for 3-4 hours. This is the way I make it and it turns out very good. I use decaffeinated tea bags.

Well there are plenty of ice tea product in powder form. All you need to do is mix it with water and add some sugar and ice. But when I make iced tea, I usually put it in a shaker to get a foamy effect. Its definitely increases the flavor.
