yes you are right, salaries have increased but at the same time, India's population has increased multi-fold and at the same time the infrastructure did not develop rapidly to support such a increase. so its becoming very difficult to live a good life here. that's why people are leaving India to live good life. And not because India doesn't pay good to its employees. About he Indian bosses being too bossy, its the trait which one can't shake off since he himself has undergone it before he became the boss. So he wants some revenge and hence the cycle continues.

Your words about the bosses being bossy and make the vicious circle is absolutely right.Though we are getting the modern technologies very fast here what we are lacking basically is the style.It will take ages for us to be sober like the others.
