 Yes it has been in talks from the day wheb british left India, but i dont think it still exists or for that matter was even there before. it was all a gimmick to stop good and earning indians from going abroad and parking all their plush funds into international markets. We know that India has good machinery and manpower and also the skills and can also oppay you but still people leave, why??

And not because India doesn't pay good to its employees. About he Indian bosses being too bossy, its the trait which one can't shake off since he himself has undergone it before he became the boss.
