Do cat and dog whisker's grow back if it is cut?

hi, ofcourse they grow back to thier normal size or even longer. i have tried it on my dog as well as cat. every 15 days we used to trim the whiskers n they used to grow back. it has got scientific reason, just like the cells present in human hair, there are cells in thier body as well. so the growth of these cells will continuosly tkae place and the whiskers will grow. if u want, u can try it on ur dog or cat if u have any or in ur neighbourhood.
