Is soulja boy a one hit wonder?

If he does come out with another CD, it'll never be as popular as his first one. I mean, his whole CD is pretty good. Shoot Out, Donk, Booty Meat, YAHH! and all the other songs I've heard were good. I think he'll be more of a feature on other people's CDs/songs. He already started with V.I.C., and he'll probably be up with Arab next. I think I see him being more of the producer/rapper type.
