Do you and your significant other have a song?

My hubby dedicated me Beautiful Mess by Diamond Rio. I had NO clue who they were but once I heard the song I thought it was just the most precious thing!!I on the other hand dedicated him "Cold as Ice" by Foreigner. JUST KIDDING!!! I dedicated him a song by the Pussycat Dolls (whom I REALLY don't like much) but this particular song was PERFECT. It's called "Stick with you" We were going through some tough times and it was kinda my promise to him that no matter what happened I would always stick to him like glue.:)

yeah i think that everyone has a song that describes the special people in their life and i'm no different...the song that we have between us is that brad paisley song-shes everything...and i don't really know why that is "our song" but its been used before and that really does describe her so well...i think it's because one time before i did something that she really thought was sweet and i used that song in someway to go with that and she really loved that and i think that she's just kinda liked it ever since then and shes told me that before...so i guess that will be our song from now on and i think that a lot of people have that song as theirs because it really is a good song and it probably does describe a lot of women...so im sure that alot do have that song as theirs!

Yes. When we were dating in college our song was "Up Where We Belong" by Joe Cocker. It is a very special song to us. Now, we have been married almost 20 years and somewhere along the way "All For You" by Sister Hazel became our song. (it's a joke).

We have a song that is our NOT song.... We were married on the 29th of Dec. so we were on our honeymoon that New Years Eve. We were on the dance floor dancing at midnight when we celebrated the new year. I whisperred to him that when the music starts again the song should be our new 'married' song. Well, the song was
"Mony, Mony" by Billy Idol (?????? right?) My husband hates that song, isn't very fond of Billy Idol and refuses to acknowledge it as our song. So it is our NOT song.... I acknowledge it just to annoy him.

Before my boyfriend (Jerry) went in the Army, my song for him was "My Guy", and his song for me was "My Girl." When he went in the Army - and to Vietnam - his song for me was "Unchained Melody". "I Will Wait For You."was my song for him. Anyway, "Unchained Melody" became our song. (We have been married 17 yrs., but I've known him since 1964!
