TOOL VS Pink Floyd  | |  Does anyone else think that some of Tool's sounds and experimentations remind you of Pink Floyd, I have a few friends, myself included, that think that Tool is reminiscent of Pink Floyd, just wondered about all of your thoughts.

I think the main reason is because they both have psychedelic undertones and the stage shows are very extravagant. Pink Floyd and TOOL also tend to have lengthier songs than most popular groups.

I also think that there are other songs that OMG are 100% Tool like I think a lot of the songs on 10,000 days is what Tool sounds like but Undertow sounds a little pink floyedish(If that is even a word)
