I would love to have an in-ground pool, but don't really have enough room on our land for one. We have bought pools from Wal Mart the last few years, but every year some body cuts it up. Last year we bought a $500 pool and thought if they cut it we could buy a drop in. They did cut it, but before the time come to buy a liner, straight line winds tore that pool up! So, this year we don't have one. We have thought of going to a Pool place and let them set us up a really nice above ground pool, but not sure if someone would try and tear it up also. A pool can be a head ache, but I really miss having one! And, since we do have a local pool close, we try and go to a lake once a week. That sucks! 1- because I have to find someone to stay with my mom. 2- they are so far from us and gas is so high. I really hope you get you a pool when you get your home one day and don't have the problems we have had. Good luck!

We don't have a swimming pool at home we go to the local YMCA or the local city swimmnig pool then we don't have to worry about cleaning and taking care of the pool or attracting alot of mosquitos with the water in the pool.

I used to have a pool at my house but the lining got a hole in it and its expensive to replace so we just got rid of it. It's easy to just walk down to the river near me anyway and nicer.

We used to have a swimming pool. It was so much fun. I think it was 30' by 15' and oval. It was 4' deep too so it was good to swim in. We used to run around the edge of it in the water to make a current and then try to swim against it. It sprung a leak and we didn't think it was worth it to fix it. Our summer is only about three months long.
