I graduated highschool this year and even though I gratuated threw a different program rather than with my classmates at the school, the program itself had a graduation for the students that finished school threw the program. And everyone says how great it is to graduate but I really didn't think it was all that great. I mean I am glad I graduated but it wasn't really as exciting as I thought is was going to be. sO my question is did you graduate and if so was it what you expected it to be?

I certainly did graduate high school almost two decades ago. And I did it through the regular course of attending classes in a non-sectarian co-ed local private school. Modesty aside, I got two awards when I graduated.
I guess you're talking about special classes or program administered by a government body. I could say that there is that same type of program here in the Philippines which is done through taking a test by the out-of-school applicant through Department of Education. Afterwhich, if he or she passes the exams, he is already considered a high school graduate but without the commencement exercises which is usual for a high school graduate. He could then continue studying in college if he desires.
I believe that it really doesn't matter whether you graduated through the usual or special way. What's important is, you gained the required knowledge from your schooling in order to do what is expected of you and what is right.
Anyway, congratulations on your graduation.

I graduated high school. It wasn't really a big deal. Everyone acted like it was this big, special thing, but I really just wanted to get it over with. I was relieved and not even a little sad after it was over. I was ready to move on to better things.

Yeah... I already graduated high school level for several decades ago and I'm very much thankful for it but I miss my closest friends but at the same time I was very excited to my new journey in my college education. Since, college education was the aspects that I'm looking forward after i graduated in high school level.
