| |  That is department I started in at the company I am at now, of course this was several years ago so things might haved changed since then. Basicaly I just responded to an ad in the paper that they needed associates in their HR department. I sent in my resume and was later interviewed for the position. Once I started I realized it wasn't the position I was hoping for, but luckily I was able to move elsewhere with the company.

| |  I rejected several times so when ever i got rejected , then i learned from them so i didn't any angry with them so try to build my skills what they are expecting from me but now i am somewhat good in the all the corners.
