I Wonder If My Day Could Get Any Worse ?!?!?!   

Well to start off the day was totally not pleasent at all. I went to bed shortly after 6am this morning and woke up with extreme cramps and spasms in my back. So I figure get up walk around for a bit maybe it will ease off in time. Well it's 8am in the morning and I felt really tired. And with having the cramping and spasms wasn't enough. I start to hear loud loud voices and alot of pounding. We have all the windows open in the house and it sounds really near. So anyway I walk into the kitchen and find 2 people standing on the garage roof next door to us. They are shingling the roof on the garage. If that wasn't enough I looked out the window and noticed I parked my motorcycle right next to this garage but it is our yard. I quickly ran outside and looked at the bike. I noticed that I got a huge crack in my mirror on the right side and my frigin tail light is busted. I started screaming at the top of my lungs. I was so furious and very outraged. They honestly couldn't say one word to me and just stared at me and went duh. Anyway I ran inside grabbed the key to move the bike so that I didn't get the paint job all scratched up and more damage to the bike. I moved the bike and noticed that the mirror on the right side is cracked right at the bottom and is hanging pretty much by the thread. I am more outraged at this point. I go inside shower and get ready to take the bike down to get looked at. I can't drive without a tail light and one mirror that is messed up. I get down there and because that it was a custom tail light and mirror. I have to order them in from the states as they don't sell them in Canada and it is going to cost over $1500 to get it fixed. I ordered the parts on the spot and will have to wait 6 - 8 weeks before they get here. (Now I am unable to drive my bike for the remainder of summer is because of this stupid tail light or I can spend another couple hundred to get a normal tail light. I come home park the bike in the back yard again and to my surprise I ran over a nail. A nail that was from the garage. We are very cautious about leaving nails and what not around the yard specifically for this purpose. So I call and find out prices for the tire. Another $500 job. So here we are over $2000 to fix the bike. I go pick up the tire and when I get home I go next door to give the bill to the neighbours. She had the nerve to say to me I am not paying this bill and my bike should not of been parked there?!?! WTF! This is my property and I don't have the right to park my bike there. As if lady. I told her if she does not pay this I will take her to court. I have already made a police report and filed the proper documentaion and she has been served. Well apparently she is not impressed as I am also going after the court fee. There is no question that I will win this case and she will have to cough up the money for the repair and court costs.

She could not even come over and ask if we would move the bike so that it didn't get damaged. And another thing they left all the scraps in our yard for us to clean up. How rude is that?
