Are Cheap China Model cell phone really worth buying?

Most of the china model cellphone come with great features in cheap price.
I know one of my friends who bought a cellphone in $105. It has touch screen, loud MP3 player, TV IN and OUT( you can watch TV)
Is is really worth the price. Also if you have used one please tell if the sound quality is really good with headphone?

China handphone this day not only look like the notepad the feacture is very great, more feature that branded Nokia and Sony Erisson offer. The price offer is unbelievable but the problem how durable you can using it even it come with 1 years warranty.
