Which memory card do you often use?  

Hi my friend Chintoo Ji, your a bit close, I'm referring to memory cards use by digital cameras and cellphones. Internal memory cards reader replaces the old 3.5 disc drives, others are plugged in USBs. I very much welcome your response and have a nice time too.

You must be using the PRO DUO package(short) as the PRO(long) are not so common these days. You are right Dr_Gonzo as a lot of PC these days has build in reader and older one require a card reader.

1 gig during that time was so expensive! I've seen one now 32GB at 2K or $45. They are getting bigger and cheaper I wonder what will come out next.

I remember buying mine too when it was still expensive. Now their selling it like key chain and so cheap. I think 1GB for PDA is a bit small for your use. I beat you in CF as mine is much older it only has 512MB capacity.

Yeah, it's getting smaller each day - the way technology advances it just amazes me. Beat me to the CF? Haha!~ I had a 128MB a long while ago but it got spoilt. Yeah, 1GB for PDA is a bit too small at times but then again it's not really a priority at the moment so I'm still waiting. Maybe when I need it the price of the storage card would have dropped quite a bit

I think the most common are micro SD format memory card and its better to have a portable card reader for other computer to have access to other types of memory modules.

Wow you are into portables too that's great one could place all diagnostic and utility tools in there for easy system checkup. We'll just have to make sure that the portable applications are not infected in any way.

He he he, looks like that one has an attitude. Luckily you have usb cables for your devices, the problem there is you have to switch cable every time, but If you have usb extension cable switching one won't be too much hassle.

I always have USB slots available and I don't usually go back and forth with it. Sometimes, I do those one time deal transfers wherein huge amounts of data are transferred so I'd just have to do it in one sitting and not to do it every now and then.. wish I could do something to get the tranfer rate faster since its just too boring to wait and doing something else with the computer would make it slower
