muralirv (152) | 6 months ago | But working night shifts might spoil your health also.is that true? And in the day time you will always be sleeping and will not be able to travel around in the day.

crazyoverpurple (1692) | 6 months ago | Well, in some cases, that's true. That's cause your immune system is affected by abnormal sleeping habits. That was actually one reason why I resigned. The pay was great, but I didn't want to compromise my health.

6. _Honey_ (217) | 5 months ago | Working nightshifts has advantages and disadvantages. I've been working nightshifts for two years. My first job was in a call center catering services for US and Canadian customers. I was into sales then moved to customer service. Our operation goes 24/7 but I was always scheduled to work night shifts due to the higher volume of calls since we're following US and Canada business hours. I can say that we were very well compensated compared to those who work on regular hours. Due to the stress of shifting schedules, we were given paid vacation leaves and Sick leaves plus other health benefits that other local company don't provide. Currently, I'm working for a BPO multinational oil company in assisting our co-employees in US and Canada whenever they encounter system issue which we support. I must say that I love working at night because the weather is cooler as compared to a hot weather on daytime and the traffic is very light. However, it takes a huge time and focus to get by with the long term effects of working night shifts. I admit that working night shifts seem to be taking its toll. That's I really recommend to make sure that you still have enough to time to look after your health. Drink vitamins, exercise regularly and eat healthy food. After all, no matter how high you are paid, health will always be the best wealth a man can ever have.

7. goddessofbeauty (588) | 5 months ago | I would like to work on a day shift. My shift before was 5pm to 1 pm and I really hated travelling @ that time. I tried to stay until 4am, but I couldn't sleep on the couch... There were killing incidents in that particular area so I decided to just stop and go back to teaching.
