You just have to count those calories in with everything else, and make sure you burn more than you take in. Eating right and losing weight isnt about what you have, but what you do with it!=) | |

I could not get drunk fast enough.. It seemed like I was just a little tipsy. But I was never so drunk to be out of my mind. But I don't drink, and I will not ever again.. This is not in my nature..
